Recipe of the day: Corn Souffle
You'll need:
2 cups canned corn
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
Few grains pepper
2 eggs
1. Melt butter, add flour and milk gradually.
2. Stir and bring to boiling point; add corn, seasonings, egg yolks beaten until thick and lemon-colored, and egg whites beaten until stiff.
3. Turn into buttered dish and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
